I am a cash-based practice. I want to provide the best personalized care for my patients without the constraints of insurance. I can provide you with documentation for possible reimbursement from your insurance.

Your first visit will consist of a one hour consultation to thoroughly review your health history and provide education about all of the hormonal and non-hormonal options available to you and my individualized recommendations. Any labwork can be done at your lab of choice using your insurance and prescriptions can be obtained at your local pharmacy of choice.

Follow up appointments will be thirty minutes and frequency will be determined on an individual basis.

Initial 1-hour consultation $350

30 min follow up visit $150

All fees are due at time of scheduling appointment

Great question! This means your appointment is conducted via video conference like a zoom call. You are in the comfort of your own space. No sitting in a waiting room followed by more waiting time in exam room. No drive time, no traffic!

I require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel 48 hours prior to you appointment your fee will be refunded. Any cancellation of less than 48 hours will be forfeited.
