What is included in my visit

Your first visit will consist of a one hour consultation to thoroughly review your health history and provide education about all of the hormonal and non-hormonal options available to you and my individualized recommendations. Any labwork can be done at your lab of choice using your insurance and prescriptions can be obtained at your local pharmacy of choice. 
Follow up appointments will be thirty minutes and frequency will be determined on an individual basis.

30 min follow up visit   $150
All fees are due at time of scheduling appointment

Great question! This means your appointment is conducted via video conference like a zoom call. You are in the comfort of your own space. No sitting in a waiting room followed by more waiting time  in exam room. No drive time, no traffic!

Do I have to decide during my visit which treatment plan I want?

No! I don’t want you to feel rushed on any decisions. This can be a lot of new information to process, so when you are ready and feel confident you can reach out to me with how you would like to proceed.

Email me! I am dedicated to ensuring you are cared for in a timely manner and will address your concerns within 24 hours. If it is a complex issue, I may recommend a telemed visit to ensure you get the most effective care.

Question 8

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

I require a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel 48 hours prior to you appointment your fee will be refunded. Any cancellation of less than 48 hours will be forfeited.
